On Friday night, the iconic RuPaul made history as the first drag queen ever to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame . And it didn't take long for the world's most fabulous RuPaul fan/one of our favorite human beings, Mark Kanemura , to commemorate his idol's accomplishment with—naturally—a WALK to end all walks.
If you're a "So You Think You Can Dance" person (which, obviously, you are), you've been a thousand percent here for Kanemura's RuPaul obsession since Kanemura created a group routine to RuPaul's "Call Me Mother" for "SYT" last summer . Kanemura has also appeared as a dancer on "RuPaul's Drag Race," and—especially given the amazing drag vids that tend to pop up oh-so-casually on his Instagram —we're not the only ones who think he should maybe consider a run on the show as a contestant.
But we digress: The delightful video Kanemura posted yesterday was all about honoring RuPaul's trailblazing work. As Kanemura himself said: Condragulations! SHANTE YOU STAY.
